Either way, we will work diligently with the contractor of your choice providing the "details" support for our areas of responsibility (reflected ceiling plans, plumbing and electrical locations, tile layout and design) -- all the crucial details involved to successfully execute the kitchen, bath or custom cabinetry of your dreams.
Kitchen Strand as Owners Representative
Acting as your liaison, we will coordinate your sub-contractors; assist in accessing your home, and quantify when, and if, the labor was performed. Progress photos will conveniently be posted and updated on our website under your own client log-in module, allowing you easy access to view the work as your project progresses.
